Last July, I started doing some research for the best credit cards for me and my budget. Now, I am using my credit cards, paying them off each month and racking up cash back and points that I will use for travel once we can do that again!

Sleep is my Frenemy Since Menopause

There is nothing better than crawling into fresh sheets, in your favorite jammies (or not), laying your head perfectly on your favorite pillow that has the perfect firmness, and drifting off to sleep. Then, waking up 8 hours later feeling 100 percent refreshed and ready for the day.

Home Workouts

I do not want to spend more than 45 minutes doing one workout. I just get bored. Ideally, I choose a workout that is 20-30 minutes. That is my preference and will choose it 95% of the time.

Just Take a Walk

If you are currently not exercising or practicing fitness, I would highly recommend walking. Start small. Walk to the end of your sidewalk or your driveway; or heck, walk inside your home from one end to the other.
