For many, art supply shopping is half the fun, but really it does not take a log of supplies to create in an art journal. There is nothing specific to get started, but several beginners prefer a list of supplies to get started.

I remembered how I had attached leaves to the cardstock paper with packing tape last year, so I decided to give it a go in my current art journal. I took it a step further and used my trusty Posca pens directly on the leaves for some doodling.
