Sleep is my Frenemy Since Menopause

There is nothing better than crawling into fresh sheets, in your favorite jammies (or not), laying your head perfectly on your favorite pillow that has the perfect firmness, and drifting off to sleep. Then, waking up 8 hours later feeling 100 percent refreshed and ready for the day.

Home Workouts

I do not want to spend more than 45 minutes doing one workout. I just get bored. Ideally, I choose a workout that is 20-30 minutes. That is my preference and will choose it 95% of the time.

Just Take a Walk

If you are currently not exercising or practicing fitness, I would highly recommend walking. Start small. Walk to the end of your sidewalk or your driveway; or heck, walk inside your home from one end to the other.

Fitness Journey - Yoga

One of the major ways I made change was to add yoga to my life. It actually started about 6 years ago, and began before my divorce, but since that time I have made it a part of my lifestyle and I cannot tell you the difference yoga has made to my physical and mental self.
